Oh our Yuka! This handsome man came to us for some one on one training and Burt fell head over heels in love. Yuka finished his Canadian Championship in two weekends with breed wins over specials and group placing Canadians. He then went home with his owner for 3 months. But he wasnt happy, his owner who always has the dogs best interestes at heart asked that he come back as he truly was happy with us. So long story short, Yuka has joined our Family!!

Watch for Yuka and Sherri in the Conformation rings working towards his Grand Championship. As well as Burt and his boy working in the snow and in scent detection.

Yuka and our daughter, Keara, compete in races. Their first dryland race was IFSS accredited and held near Okotoks AB. The Run-A-Way Dryland Derby was 4km and they ran their hearts out both days. As the youngest competitor there she made a lot of supporters and friends as everyone cheered them on!!
Our first "on snow" race will be January 2019.

Unfortunately his breeder and her pseudo mother/broker have ended the partnership when presented with either signing Yuka into our names or paying his show fees, lodging and his food bill for the 14 months he lived with us.. Keara and the rest of the family are devastated and we wish Yuka all the best in his life, we hope he is happy and not stuck in a dog run forever.
